Process questions

How long does sample development take?

Sample development takes 3 to 4 weeks from a confirmed brief.

What is the production lead time?

Production lead time is 60 to 90 days after sample approval.

How do you control quality?

Our own people on the ground oversee every stage, from first sample to final container, and a dedicated quality control team inspects every unit before it is cartoned, labelled to customer specification and loaded.

What do you need from me to start?

Photos, drawings, dimensions, specifications or a reference sample. Our design and engineering teams work alongside production to turn your brief into a sample that meets your requirements before a single unit is built.
